Why are all courses three months long? Can they be customized?
Research shows that practicing a new skill at least ten times is often necessary for effective learning. Our standard syllabus includes 12 sessions over three months, but we’re happy to discuss modifications to fit your needs.
Why are all courses held outside of the office?
We believe that true relaxation and focus come from stepping away from the computer and office environment. Holding classes in a different setting helps participants achieve a greater sense of peace and connection.
Can a student switch courses?
Yes, students can change their course after completing two lessons.
